During the evening, participants can dance to retro music, sing karaoke, play bingo, board games, and retro games, or simply spend time with friends. The music will be provided by DJ Aleksi, who mainly plays music from the 1980s. Participants are encouraged to dress in the spirit of 1980s fashion, and the best outfit of the night will be rewarded with a movie ticket and a treat voucher.
The doors at Veturitallit open at 3:00 pm, and the programme starts at 5:00 pm. The Retro Disco ends at 8:00 pm, and the doors close at 10:00 pm. The event is free of charge and substance-free, and it is intended for young people aged 13–29.
Sensory-friendliness has been taken into account at the event, particularly regarding lighting and sound levels. In addition, all participants are kindly requested to attend the event scent-free, so that everyone can enjoy the evening as comfortably as possible.
